Privacy Policy

No Sugar Coat does not store your content. What you submit to Frank is processed, a report is generated, and the content is immediately discarded. We do not build profiles, we do not sell data, we do not run ads.

Content you submit. URLs, text, or images you provide are sent to our AI processing service solely to generate your report. They are not stored on our servers after processing is complete.

Email address. If you choose to receive your report by email, we collect your email address for that single delivery. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card details.

Anonymous usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to collect basic, anonymized traffic data (page views, country-level geo, device type). No personal identifiers are collected.

When you request an email link to your report, the report is stored in our database associated with a unique token. This is what makes your short link work. The report contains only the analysis Frank generated — not your original submission. You can access this report via your link at any time.

We use the following services to operate No Sugar Coat:

• AnthropicAI processing of submitted content
• ResendTransactional email delivery
• SupabaseReport token storage
• VercelHosting and analytics

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share data with them to the extent necessary to deliver the service.

You may request deletion of any stored report or email address by contacting us at support-nosugarcoat@proton.me. We will respond within 7 days.

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the last revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
