By using No Sugar Coat you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. It's that simple.

No Sugar Coat provides AI-generated feedback and analysis on content you submit. Frank is an AI critic — his output is opinion and analysis, not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Treat it accordingly.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. Do not attempt to extract personal data about real individuals through the service.

By submitting content you confirm you have the right to do so. We do not claim ownership of your submissions.

Paid reports are a one-time purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed report generations. If you believe there was a technical error that prevented your report from being delivered, contact us at support-nosugarcoat@proton.me within 48 hours.

No Sugar Coat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on Frank's analysis.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree not to:

• —Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the service at scale
• —Use the service to generate content intended to harass or harm individuals
• —Circumvent payment mechanisms
• —Submit malicious files or code

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. Contact us before escalating.
